3 mangoes, peeled and diced
3 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno (keep seeds to make it spicier)
1 cup diced red onion
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper
Combine the mango, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
