Ingredients
8 cups romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 cup grated reggiano-parmigano cheese
croutons
Dressing:
1/2 cup egg substitute (or two beaten eggs)
2 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
2 T balsamic vinegar
3 t minced garlic
6 squirts Worcestershire sauce
6 squirts hot pepper sauce
1 t anchovy paste (or to taste)
Mix all dressing ingredients together.
Toss salad well with dressing, then toss in cheese and croutons.
