"Good morning," Marvin said. "Oh, you look nice today."
"I look spectacular," I replied.
"Take it easy now, I was trying to pay you a compliment."
But I can't remember the last time I was so pleased with the shirt and especially tie combination. I look specacular.
Wednesday, September 3
I don't know what those are on the Polo by Ralph Lauren (ooh, fancy) tie, but I do find the striking interplay of its dark, cautionary colors to be outstanding. I am a fashion icon this morning.
Thursday, September 4
Today's fishing tie is fairly outstanding. It provides a true glimpse into 1980s Americana.
Friday, September 5
"Well that's a shiny tie," she said, "what's it made of, plastic?" I checked, and
much to my surprised, it is 100% polyster. Made by our friends in Korea. Fine.
