Today's icy 2-hour delay only... delayed the spunky waves of my sophisticated tie.

Tuesday, March 3

I am loving this tie's conservative stripes poised on the deep red backdrop. Can NOT get over myself. One day I'll even remember the buttons on my collar.

Wednesday, March 4

Well. It's a green tie. Few would object. Green. The yellow parts kinda remind me of pop-tops on aluminum cans. "Pop-tops"?

Thursday, March 5

Rain, sleet, and snow work for me (Get it? "snow work"? I am hilarious). Federal government closed. 

Friday, March 6

I feel colorful and bitter. Two-hour delay, but I actually got to work half an hour early. Sporting a profound necktie which feels like an clever exercise in contrasts between the red and blue.
