Proper bureaucrat's tie. Standard. With a plain white shirt. Just so happy to be at work, even if the picture could use some more light.

Slick tie. I guess. Color scheme works. I guess. Friday, anyway. I promise that's not a stain at the base of the tie. It's some kind of seal, or logo.
