Preferred Skills:

Experience in .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, web/Win apps, OOP,s, JavaScript, Design patterns, Web Controls, DB Complex Queries, Stored Procedure, DB Optimization and

Optimization and stored Procedures. SQL 2005/2008, Know-how of WCF, WPF, WWF, Infragistics

Knowledge of ISO or CMM process implementation will be an added advantage.

Architecting high performance, scalable applications.

Make sure that each project has a System Architecture document fully worked out and agreed.

Modeling & Designing the Database

Network architecture LAN or WAN and network security

IT Security practices

"Web 2.0" interfaces, including XHR, DOM and JavaScript, and RPC.

Roles & Responsibilities

Full lifecycle application development

Define the application architecture.

Resolve high-level functional issues.

Actively work with project teams to guide them and verify that they are implementing compliant solutions.

Involved in framework/architecture freezing for the project.

Provide technical solution to the team.

Closely work with other team members to survey externally emerging technologies and methodologies and to make sure that standards are established in time for upcoming projects.

Make sure that all development and change work systems follows a cohesive enterprise design and has documented evidence of it.
