Job Description:

Resolve complex and escalated customer issues on enterprise scale live systems, including enterprise portals.

Coordinate between the first line helpdesk and the third line technical support team.

Maintain relations with several divisions across RM to proactively seek to improve the performance and reliability of our solutions.

Building up technical skills to support the products across a wide range of technologies such as Windows 2003 / 2008 Server, Active Directory, virtual servers, SQL Server, SharePoint and so on.

Experience in Windows 2003 / 2008, AD, SQL Server 2000 / 2005 installation, configuration and database setup, Load Balancing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer support experience.

Exposure to windows and desktop environment.

Preferred Skills:

Should be an MCA or BE / B.Tech with more than 2 years of experience in supporting large-scale Windows or Web-based infrastructure.

Other competencies desired are Good time management and organisational skills, Ability to find and resolve technical issues, Mentor and guide the team on technical matters, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Logical, analytical approach to problem solving.
