Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

Lead a team of Developers / Software Engineer and ensure Design & implementation of Enterprise software solutions to meet functional requirements and technical standards established for the application Development and maintain unit test cases for services developed

Software Development including participation across all the software product cycle

Position Summary:

Requires advanced technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Java technology

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSF, GWT, Spring, IBATIS, Hibernate, Javascript, SQL

Hands on experience in the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions

Integration and System testing

Implementation and Deployment

Ability to respond and accept production issues and coordinate with stake holders

Strong Analytical abilities, Communication skills, Client Interfacing skills.

Responsibility to ensure design, build and implementation of work product, Participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design, assign and review tasks for work implementation with the objective of ensuring highest levels of service offerings to customers

Preferred Skills:

Masters/Bachelors in computer science or equivalent

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Analytical, problem solving skills

Above 6 years of experience in developing software using java based technologies

Atleast 2 years of Team Leading experience.

Experienced in Object oriented design and development.

Strong design and coding experience in Web application development.

Experienced in Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, Javascript, AJAX,JSF, Struts, Web services, Spring, Hibernate, IBATIS, SQL, PL/SQL, XML
