Job Description:
Should have 6M – 1year of experience in serving International customers.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows/Linux operating systems. Additionally proficient in web based applications and have experience with multiple browsers, i.e. Firefox, Chrome, safari etc.
Familiarity with web portal environments and internetworking concepts
Proficient in MS Office Applications like Word, Excel.
Experience in supporting complex web based portals/tools for world-wide clients through e-mail communications.
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and documentation skills.
Respond to alerts and emergency tickets
Strong task execution skills; ability to take direction and work with a team and within a project plan or SLA to meet deadlines
The person(s) for this role must be passionate in customer support and people management.
