Role and Responsibilities:

Online interaction with client for assignments

Planning and scheduling of tasks, and timely communication with all parties involved

Identifying external experts for each assignment and assigning to them

Following up and collecting of completed assignments

Checking integrity of submitted assignment and assigning to other experts for review

Tracking work done for billing to client as well as for paying subject experts

Building and growing the network of subject experts

Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.

Improving the team and facilitating the communication among the members of team.

Creating sense of ownership within the ITES employees and resolving employee issues, if any.

Encouraging, supporting, and motivating actively one’s peer team.

Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.

Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules properly as designed.

Documenting general reports on each team member’s performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets.

Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments, if necessary.

Preferred Skills:

Experience: 4 + years

Excellent communication skills – written and oral

Familiarity with computers and the Internet

Fondness of meeting, dealing and coordinating with new people politely

Systematic style of working – in recording work and effort, keeping records and so on

Multi-tasking ability

Self-motivated and goal-oriented nature, eagerness to learn new skills

High professional ethics

Understanding of business basics. If not experienced, should be receptive to training
