Job Description:

Knowledge of Windows OS (2000, 2003, XP)

Troubleshooting Hardware & Networking issues.

Exchange 2003

Experience in Active directory & group policies.

Experience in remote management systems/tools (Logmein IT Reach/Rescue, Netop, Terminal Servers)

Experience in Backup solutions (Symantec backup exec, MS NtBackup)

Experience in network/server monitoring mechanisms (Nagios, Weathermap, MOM)

Remote Monitoring of multiple Windows domains and network links

Proactive resolution of server/network issues remotely.

Managing and maintaining antivirus solutions.

Remote installation of software, patches and further configuration in the domain.

MCSA / MCSE Certified.

Preferred Skills:

Should be B.tech/ B.Sc / MCA / Diploma holders with more than 3 years of work experience in Windows network management and customer handling .

Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Judgment & Decision Making, Business awareness, Stress Tolerance, Team working and Planning and organizing.
