Excellent verbal and written communication.

Excellent skills in MS Office and should be internet savvy.

Review resumes and screen them appropriately based on the skills, experience and knowledge required for each requisition.

Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and ensure that compensation, location, duration etc align with candidate's expectations.

Excellent Telephonic interview skills to screen candidates efficiently prior to submission.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all Candidate and Account Manager Interactions.

Responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruitment.

Develop and maintain professional relationship with candidates during all phases of recruitment process, as well as after the completion of recruitment.
