Job Description:
Provide end user technical support on desktop related issues remotely
Responsible for Antivirus Console Management and ensure 100% workstations are updated with latest patches and antivirus signatures
Ability to handle all desktop applications like MS Outlook, Antivirus tools, etc.
Troubleshoot installation issues with applications and custom packages
SLA and process adherence

1-3 years experience in handling global clients
Exhibit good leadership qualities and ability to manage team
Excellent communication and customer handling skills are mandatory
Must be willing to work in shifts
Sound knowledge on all flavors of Windows operating system is essential
