Technical Skills: ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, CSS, XML/XHTML/XSLT,Jquery,etc

Job description:

Develop software in accordance with technical specifications, coding standards and interface guidelines and within the time-scales.

Lead the development team of moderate size and assist in the design, development and technical implementation of the software

Provide work estimates for given tasks, assignments.

Prepare and conduct code reviews, unit testing and impact analysis

Analyze and provide solutions to issues that arise during the development cycle

Focus on tasks those need to be completed, to take a thorough approach, and to ensure that developments are fit for purpose.

Monitor progress of team deliverables and motivate, mentor, provide technical guidance to the team members.

Assist in preparing RFP and client interaction

Preferred Skills:

Ability to write stored procedures & database designing/tuning knowledge.

Good understanding of OOPS concepts.

Strong skills in design, development, debugging, and problem solving.

Good written and oral communication skills.
