Job Description:

The candidate shall be responsible for defining quality assurance activities, tailoring organizational processes to suit project requirements and initiating process improvement activities.

Responsible for establishing, implementing & maintaining the quality systems for the product engineering group

Plays key role in implementing the ISO 9001:2008, CMMi processes

Responsible for the continual improvement activities to enhance the quality management system

Conduct audits as per the ISO 9001:2008, CMMi compliance

Qualification: B.Tech/BE

Experience: 2-4 yrs

Preferred Skills:

Overall software quality assurance with exposure to the full Software development life cycle from requirements through post-release.

Strong understanding of different software development life cycles , software quality assurance processes and automated tools.

Should have working experience in any of the Agile models, preferably Scrum model.

Should have been involved as a full time SQA/ SEPG member.

Experience in conducting internal audits with project managers and project teams.

Should have experience in Statistical Process Control and Metrics Analysis.

Should possess strong process documentation skill especially in MS-Word and MS-Excel.

Should be conversant in process tailoring for distributed work environment from a software delivery model perspective.

Having implementation / appraisal / appraisal readiness experience in CMMI V1.2 or V1.1 Level 5 framework as SQA member will be an added advantage.

Experience in working in embedded product development groups will be an added advantage.
