Technical Skills:

Good understanding of OO principles and design patterns

Should have Win forms / Web forms development experience

Working knowledge SQL Server and its variant. Must have – stored procedures, T-Sql , Views etc.

Knowledge of Web services

Must have a good understanding of N Tier development

Good problem solving skills – ability to follow coding standards and to design robust applications using patterns and best practices

Added Advantage

Exposure to .Net 3.0 and above, WPF, WCF

Automated unit testing experience

Soft skills:

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work well in a team. Developers will be asked at times to assist others or to co-write some areas.

Adhere to development life cycle, process & policies

Need to be self driven and ready to take up tasks independently.

Desired Technology

Tools: Visual Studio 2005 and above

Languages: ASP.Net, C#, Web Services,

Web Technology: AJAX, XML, JavaScript, CSS & DHTML

Servers: SQL Server 2000/2005/2008

Process: Agile, Iterative
