Job Description:

Line manage a team of developers working on .NET 2.0 and above, C#, Silverlight.

Estimating effort, tracking and managing work.

Understanding requirements from the UK dev leads and proposing solutions for the same.

Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Stakeholders.

Mentor and guide the development team.

Experience in .Net, C# .Net 2.0, 3.5.SQL Server.

Good understanding on OOP concepts and design skills.

Knowledge in Silverlight/ WPF.

Preferred Skills:

Should be a graduate, (preferably computer related) with 5-7 years experience in web development.

Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Judgment & Decision Making, Business awareness, Stress Tolerance, Team working and planning and organizing, Demonstrate a high degree of self motivation and tenacity to get the job done.
