PMP certification is desirable

Strong communication skills

Onsite experience and interaction with US based clients

Experience in Onsite/offshore model.

Has IT development experience in Microsoft and/or Java

Knowledge of ISO or CMM process implementation will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for System Analysis, System Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support of IDS projects

PMP certification

Responsible for Project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking, and execution

Responsible for Effort & Cost Estimation

Implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines

Project scheduling and analysis

Responsible for managing Risks and Issues

Responsible for executing the project within budget

Responsible for managing changes during the execution of the project

Responsible for ensuring that the Project deliverables meet the stringent standards of

Quality established by the organization

Resource administration / Team Management

Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with clients, understanding their requirements and customizing the product / services accordingly. Handling clients queries, organizing periodic meetings to boost communication, provide regular status update & to resolve issues

Responsible for high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
