Rainbow Dash World is not a real shopping plaza/center

Rainbow Dash World is a new/being built mega shopping center which when done will have shopping, dinning, entertainment, and maybe a water park/theme park.

It is set to replace the current shopping centers along I-886 & Friendship is Magic Blvd in Rainbow Dash City, PA.

When finished it will be the largest shopping complex in the whole project (Jlong Cities Project).
