Interstate 99 (Cute Elliot Turnpike / Cute Captain Celaeno Fwy)

Interstate 99 (I-99) is a Interstate highway that runs from I-70 / I-76 / Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bedford, PA north to Interstate 490 in Rochester, NY The route uses the names Cute Elliot Turnpike and Cute Captain Celaeno Freeway as its names in this project.

The southern segment is named Cute Captain Celaeno Freeway after Captain Celaeno from the MLP 2017 Movie and is named that as I (project owner) like her alot. This segment of the route is free with no tolls. This segment runs along all of Interstate 580, and along I-99 from I-80 north to I-84 (Adorable Kion Turnpike) near Pokemon City, PA.

The northern segment (north of I-84) is named Cute Elliot Turnpike after Elliot the dragon from Disney's 2016 Pete's Dragon. This segment is a all-electronic toll road which only accepts Express Pass or Tolls By Plate. To bypass the tolls drivers can use ALT U.S 15 and Business U.S 15.  

As of 2017, the whole route of I-99 is complete. U.S Route 15 with I-99 from its northern terminus south to Interstate 80 (Pride Lands Exwy) where U.S 15 joins I-580 south while I-99 joins I-80 west.
