The Pony Petting Café is a cafe restaurant that serves coffee and snacks while you can pet a pony (from Equestria). Most ponies that are at the cafes are random ponies from Equestria. But the Mane 9 (Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Spike and Sunset Shimmer and Startlight Glimmer) and others like Celestia & Luna and Changelings are there at random cafe locations at different times.

Some locations are owned by Pony Petting Café LLC which is a sub-company of Pride Lands - Equestria Tollway Commission. Other locations are owned by Wegmans Food Markets (a grocery chained based in Rochester, NY). The Wegmans owned locations have Wegmans name in it and are at Wegmans store locations.
