Pride Lands-Equestria Tollway Commission is not a real company, just a made up one in this project

Pride Lands Tollway Commission (PLTC)  is a toll-road operator in USA. They are just like the New York State Thruway Authority (I-90/I-87) & the PA Turnpike Commission (I-76/I-276/I-476). 

They used to be called Pride Lands - Equestria Tollway Commission and where jointly owned by the Pride Lands (Simba, Nala + PA Governor), but in Jan 2018, It is now owned only by the Pride Lands. All Equestrian toll roads are now owned by Equestria's Turnpike Enterprise.

  • Tristan & Taylor Knight Tollway (I-476) (from I-80 to the Equestria border, was part of PA Turnpike's NE Ext.)

  • Inkbunny Tunnel (I-479) (was owned by the city of Furry City, but was sold to the Pride Lands Tollway Commission)

Electronic Toll Collection

All roads owned by PrideLands Tollway Commission are All-electronic toll roads which use Express Pass, EQ-Pass or Tolls By Plate.

Electronic Toll Collection and The Law

Under Federal Law, The below is what all toll roads have to follow

1. For late (non-payed) tolls, there can only be a $20 late fee charged once for the whole bill, not for each toll.

2. If a late toll bill is not payed after 1 week after getting notice to pay the late bill, then a fair hearing will be held.

3. Tolls will not be billed until a month has passed

4. Toll Road owners will not send a late notice and/or send the bill to the collection agency without first making sure the customer gets their bill first 

Electronic Toll Collection and The Equestrian's (and their law)

The below still applies, but all the Equestria toll roads are now owned by Equestria's Turnpike Enterprise, a company owned by the EQ gov.

As there are 2 toll roads in Equestria owned by "PrideLands - Equestria Tollroads LLC" and also being that the princess of friendship herself (Twilight Sparkle) and Spike (her assistant) are on the board for company, there is nothing that go's wrong or go's anywere wrong like Colorado's E-470 did. Twilight makes sure of this along with PA Governor Jordan and the 2 other board members Simba & Nala.
