Please note that the area of "Abyssinia" is the new area south of the now old Equestria Map. The new map (link) that has been released for the new My Little Pony 2017 Movie is what the new area in this project is.
This area is still under work in this project due to to much info on the map and areas that are new in the movie. Roads & names are subject to change in the Abyssinia area of the map to fit with the new areas.
This also includes Seaquestria.

Abyssinia Highway 476 (AY Hwy 476) or Capper Tollway is a all-electronic-tollroad in Abyssinia province of Equestria. It excepts Express Pass, EQ-Pass or Tolls By Plate. The route runs through Abyssinia from U.S border in the south at Daxterville, PA north to the Equestria province where it becomes Equestria Hwy 476 (Twilight Sparkle Tollway)

The route runs north through the Equestria province from the Abyssinia province at Abyssinia Hwy 476 (Capper Tollway) north to the Vanhoover Interchange at Equestria Highway 401 (Equestria Freeway) & Equestria Highway 405 (Cute KP Tpk).

Abyssinia Hwy 476 (Capper Tollway) continues north from the U.S / Equestria border at I-476 (Tristan & Taylor Knight Tollway) in Airedale, PA crossing the Luna Sea on the Abyssinia - Equestria - United States Friendship Toll International Border Bridge or simply Friendship Bridge (on maps) to the Abyssinia mainland. The bridge curves to the west and interchanges with Abyssinia Highway 263 (Capper Expressway) before continuing west to the west shore. Highway 476 travels a few miles once on land to a interchange with the new Equestria's Turnpike. Highway 476 joins Equestria's Turnpike north (losing the Capper Tollway name) and travels with the turnpike a few miles north where the Equestria's Turnpike turns east and Highway 476 splits of north as Twilight Sparkle Turnpike crossing into the Equestria Province.
Twilight Sparkle Tollway (Equestria Highway 476 segment)
After crossing into the Equestria province, Equestria Hwy 476 (now Twilight Sparkle Turnpike) continues north along the Equestria/USA border interchanging with Equestria Highway 99 (Cute Lighting Bliss Tpk), Equestria Highway 1 (Black Gryph0n Pike) and Equestria Highway 6 before coming to a interchange with Equestria Highway 86 / 17 (Equestria Freeway) west of Vanhoover. The highway continues north to a interchange with Equestria Highway 405 (Cute KP Tpk) where the Highway 476 ends and the road continues as a two-lane toll free Equestria Highway 402.
History
Highway 476 was originally built by the Pride Lands - Equestria Tollway Commission and ran along following Equestria Secondary Route 69. The highway's cost was payed for by the tolls. The tolls are still in place, now paying for the highways maintenance.
In Jan 2018, what was a part of Equestria Highway 402 was upgraded to full controlled-access south of the Equestria Highway 405 interchange. The full controlled-access highway was finished all the way down to a new interchange with the new toll road, Equestria's Turnpike. A new road splits off from the new Equestria's Turnpike a few miles south and heads east to connect to the current EQ Hwy 476. When this was complete, the highway was signed as Equestria Highway 476 (Twilight Sparkle Turnpike). The old routing of Highway 476 was renumbered to Abyssinia Highway 263 and Equestria Highway 263 (Capper Expressway & Rainbow Dash Expressway).
As a result of the highway being moved, all (most) exit numbers have been changed.
