New York State Route 199 (NY 199) or Flight 77 Memorial Highway is a state highway in eastern New York State in Kopa County. It is overlapped with U.S Route 209 from its west terminus to U.S 9W. The overlapped segment used to be just NY 199, but U.S 209 was overlapped so it would end at U.S Route 9W.

The route is named in memory of Flight 77 from September 11, 2001.

The route is a controlled-access highway from its west terminus east to to its interchange with CR 37 (Ulster Landing Rd).
