Blackthorn State Parkway

This is not a real NY State Parkway

Blackthorn State Parkway or NY Reference Route 992C is a New York State Parkway in southeast New York State. The parkway is restricted to passenger cars only.

The parkway is named for the Blackthorn from IDW's MLP:FIM Comics.
