The PA segment is called Jesus Christ Pkwy and the NY segment is called Lilo & Stitch Pkwy.
Route Description
PA SR 99 ALT (Jesus Christ Pkwy)
The route starts as PA SR 99 (Jesus Christ Pkwy) at a intersection with PA SR 479 (Jesus Christ Hwy) and heads north and the westbound lanes of the route cross over PA SR 99 (Cute Lightning Bliss Tpk) while the eastbound lanes curve east on the east side of the turnpike. The frontage roads then head east to intersect with U.S Route 11 (Spike the Brave & Glorious Hwy). It then has intersections to connect to Lilo & Stitch Plaza along with PA SR 586 (Handsome Kion Southern Tollway) and NY 586 (Cute Kion State Pkwy). After this the frontage roads cross the state line becoming NY SR 99 ALT (Lilo & Stitch Pkwy).

After cross the state line, the route becomes NY SR 99 ALT (Lilo & Stitch Pkwy). The frontage roads then intersect with PA SR 29 (Scooby Doo Memorial Pkwy) and then ends at PA SR 421 (Blackie Memorial Pkwy).
