The Long Family Turnpike Authority (LFTA) is a tollroad owner that owns tollroads in Pennsylvania & New York. It is owned by the Long Family, the family of the Govonor .
The Long Family Turnpike Authority is a toll-road operator in the U.S states of Pennsylvania and New York . They are just like the New York State Thruway Authority (I-90/I-87) & the PA Turnpike Commission (I-76/I-276/I-476). They handle most tollroads in PA along with the Pride Lands - Equestria Tollways Commission & the PA Turnpike.

Patches Memorial Turnpike (I-84) - Named in memorial for my family's adorable pet kitty Patches
Flight 93 Memorial Turnpike (I-84) - Named in memorial for those who died in Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.
Cute Elliot Turnpike (I-99 / US 15) - Named for the cute dragon Elliot from Disney's newer Pete's Dragon
Cindy & Mike Turnpike (I-784) - Named for my (project owner's) parents
Elijah Memorial Turnpike (I-784) - Named in memorial for my father's cute kitty Elijah.

Gorgeous Fuli Turnpike (Interstate 586) - Was state maintained interstate (by NYSDOT & PENNDOT), but is now a toll road owned by LFTA
Electronic Toll Collection
So far all roads owned by Long Family Turnpike Commission are All-electronic toll roads which use Express Pass and Tolls By Plate. This means that all the roads they own do NOT accept cash or coins.

Electronic Toll Collection and The Law
Under Federal Law, The below is what all toll roads have to follow
For late (non-payed) tolls, there can only be a $20 late fee charged once for the whole bill, not for each toll.
If a late toll bill is not payed after 1 week after getting notice to pay the late bill, then a fair hearing will be held.
Tolls will not be billed until a month has passed
Toll Road owners will not send a late notice and/or send the bill to the collection agency without first making sure the customer gets their bill first
