XBMC Dharma 10.0 is now officialy in the final version. Live TV, PVR are not yet officlallt supported. If you want to use Live TV anyhow, should use the Repository from Lars Op den Kamp

XBMC 10.0, without PVR, can be installed with the official repo of Team XBMC Repo.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xbmc
XBMC 11.0 PRE, Without PVR, can be installed with the unstable repo of Team XBMC Repo.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xbmc
