Avocado Banana Shake


Avocado Banana Shake:


1 avocado

1 small ripe banana

1 cup ice                       

3/4 cup coconut milk   

1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

3 average size mint leaves


Glass Rimming Ingredients (optional):

coconut flakes

sweetened condensed milk or any sticky syrup



Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more sweetened condensed milk to adjust for desired sweetness, if needed. Makes about 24 ounces.


To rim glass, fold up a small piece of paper towel. Dip in condensed milk or syrup. Wipe on rim of glass. Place a small mound of coconut on a small plate. Dip rim of glass into coconut to coat.
