In our "busyness" our love ones are often neglected. We don't mean it that way but the all consuming 24-7 nature of work today, has that tendency to do so.
We all need to be reminded to about the importance of setting aside time for our love ones.
Next Thursday this reminder will come from the many organisations that have indicated their support for Eat With Your Family Day 2010 (pls refer to our website for the latest listing of supportive organisations ). Leaders of organisations and heads of divisions will remind their staff to go home and have dinner with their family that day. The dinner event will usher in theNational Family Celebrations organised by the National Family Council. They have planned many events for families to do together. Some of the highlights are:

3. Y Treks: Cameron Highlands - Intergeneration Bonding Series by YMCA
Conducted by YMCA, this is a physically and mentally gruelling eight hour climb to the summit of Gunung Irau (2,110m) from Gunung Brinchang; experience a different side of the Highlands other than strawberry farms and tea plantations.This trek is suitable for father-teen. Support and encourage one another to preserve to reach the top.
