About me

I was born in Rome in 1973.

Full Professor in Business Administration at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". I hold a B.A. in Economics & commerce (1998, cum laude) from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", where I have been lecturer in business administration since 2001.

PhD in “Banking and finance” at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Faculty of Economics (2003). Member of the Teaching Board of the PhD in Business Administration, University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Lecturer for the following courses: “Economics of business groups”, “Finance and governance of business groups”, "Corporate governance", "Fundamentals of Business" at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Department of Management and Law; "Social Responsibility and Reputation" at LUMSA University.

Director of the Master in Anticorruption.

My research interests are in the fields of finance and governance of business groups, business strategy, accounting and financial management of firms and local governments, international accounting standards, corporate governance, conflict of interests, corruption, corporate social responsibility.
