HADITH OF THE DAY
WE ARE WITH YOU
Narrated by Abdullah bin Masud
On the day of Badr, Al-Miqdad said, "O Allah's Messenger (Peace & Blessings of Allah upon Him)! We do not say to you as the children of Israel said to Moses, 'Go you and your Lord and fight; we are sitting here' (Quran 5:24)
But we say "Proceed, and we are with you." That seemed to delight Allah's Messenger greatly.
