HADITH OF THE DAY
PROSTRATION OF FORGETFULNESS
Narrated by Abu Huraira
Allah’s Messenger (Peace and Blessings of Allah Upon Him) said, “When anyone of you stands for the Prayers, satan comes & puts him in doubts till he forgets how many Rakat he has prayed. So if this happens to anyone of you, he should perform 2 Prostrations of Sahu while sitting.
Note: Sahu Prostrations are done at the last Rakat of the Namaz, after Attahiyat with 1 Salam (towards Right side) & do 2 Sajda & repeat Attahiyat, Darood, Dua & then end the Namaz (by 2 Salams) OR In the last Rakat after Attahiyat, Darood, Dua perform 2 Sajda & end the Namaz.
