HADITH OF THE DAY
MOST SUPERIOR CHARITY IN REWARD
Narrated by Abu Huraira
A man came to the Prophet (Peace & Blessings of Allah upon Him) & asked, “O Allah’s Messenger! Which charity is the most superior in Rewards?”
He replied, “The charity which you practice while you are Healthy, niggardly & afraid of poverty & wish to become wealthy. Do not delay it to the time of approaching death & then say, ‘Give so much to such & such, and so much to such & such.’ And it has already belonged to such & such (as it too late).”
