PUBLIC WAY
Narrated by Abu Huraira
The Prophet (Peace & Blessings of Allah upon Him) judged that 7 cubits (10.5 Feet) should be left as a public way when there was a dispute about the land.
Note: Cubit - Ancient measure of length, approximately equal to the length of a forearm. It was typically about 18 inches.
