Challenge 2: Physical Challenge of the Day!

Have a dice at home? Don't worry if you don't, write the numbers 1 to 6 on a piece of paper, cut or tear them out and scrunch them! Pick one number out, and put it back in and then pick another number out!

Now that you've got your combination - you're good to go to try the dice fitness grid game!

Aim for 5 different number combinations so you can get 5 differerent exercises done if you can!
