My first book suggestion is a book named "One for the Murphys" it's about a girl who is put in foster care and she was adopted by a really nice women who was in foster care when she was a little girl and she also has 3 boys and the father loves baseball and he is a firefighter. In the beginning when she was first adopted she didn't want to be adopted and she had to go to a new school and then one day the phone rang and it was about her mother read the book to find out what happened.
