Today I will show you how to make chocolate chip cookies. I will list the resource after the steps.
**You will need an electric hand mixer, or a stand mixer.**
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of softened butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips
1. First whisk flour, salt, and baking soda to eliminate clumps. Set aside.
2. Cream the butter in your bowl with your mixer until it is fluffy. Add both sugars and combine.
3. Add 1 egg at a time in your bowl. Then the vanilla extract.
4. Remember that flour, baking soda and salt mixture. Well, now add that into your wet mixture. Combine.
5. Lastly add your chocolate chips.
6. Scoop up your batter and place it onto a tray with parchment paper.
7. Bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes. (10 minutes=soft, 12 minutes or more=crispy)
