Materials:
- 6 oz of white chocolate for each layer (6 layers=36 oz)
- 2 cans of 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- Food Colouring
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (or any extract you would like) 1/4 teaspoon is only for one coulour (1 1/2 tsp in total)
- Loaf Pan and tinfoil to covers loaf pan
- Take your 6 oz of chocolate and cut it up.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave (50 sec- 60 sec)
- Add 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk into melted chocolate.
- Mix and add food colouring and 1/4 teaspoon of extract. (The order of the colours should be; purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red)
- Place into pan that is lined with tinfoil and tap against counter so air bubbles go away.
- Place into freezer for 15 minutes so the colours don't mix.
- Repeat steps 1-6 for the rest of the colours.
- After all the colours are done, place in freezer for at least 12 hours (overnight)
I made this fudge last year and everyone loved it. Everyone should make this fudge. It requires a lot of patience but at the end it is worth all the wait.
