Being A Victim is wrong!

If I had the chance to write a letter to a kid who was being bullied I would give him advice on what to do stop it. First of all I would say that he should talk to the principal or your teacher. Even his or her parents, ask them to give you some good advice. You could also even just ignore the bullies and they might stop. Another thing you can do is that you stand up for yourself. You could talk to the bully and ask him if he was in your shoes and you were in his, how would he feel. This might teach the bully a lesson.
