Matilda

Matilda is a very old movie, I've seen it a lot of times. But I love it. The book is written by Roald Dahl, I haven't read the book though. So any way it's about this girl Matilda who's family is not supportive of her at all. They only care about their son who like his parents is lazy and is always glued to the T.V, unlike their daughter who at a young age could take care of herself and studies things that kids her age wouldn't really enjoy to do or would find pretty hard. Her parents didn't even how old she is and she went to a school who's principal wasn't the nicest person but her teacher was pretty sweet to her. The teacher lived in a little cottage all alone because she was an orphan and the principal abused her when she was young, I don't know if the principal knew that one of her staff was actually a child she took care of for awhile or more suitable, abused. Matilda also has brain powers she can control stuff with her brain, which i think is pretty awesome

(I would totally want that). Her dad is a fraud and forces her to watch T.V, he made a deal with the principal of the school to fix her car if she lets her daughter in the school at half price, I think (After poor Matilda argued until he finally agreed that she was 4). I think this story is pretty sad all the same pretty funny. I love this movie a lot and Matilda.
