Okay, so I know my blogs are about food, but just because they are doesn't mean I can't post some of my own recipes. So A few weeks ago I made these super delicious almond muffins and everyone who tried them said they were amazing, so I thought why not share it? So here it is. Just a heads up, this recipe contains ALMONDS and ALMOND EXTRACT!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix your flour, almonds, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl.
- Mix your egg, milk, oil, vanilla, into a bowl.
- Make a well in your dry ingredients bowl to put your wet into.
- Put wet ingredients into the well we made.
- Mix with a spoon until just combined. DO NOT OVER MIX!
- Use an ice cream scoop to portion your muffins.
- Bake for fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
- EAT!
