Yes, middle school students should walk to school because I believe that this is a very energetic exercise because it decreases the level of stress and obesity. Some reasons to walk is: walking strengthens your heart , walking prevents two types of diabetes, walking is excellent for both brain hemispheres, walking helps symptoms of depression, walking reduces the risk of breast and colon cancer, and more. There is two types of walking: speed walking and race walking, none of the above are mandatory but you should do 30 minutes of one everyday. Therefore, I hope you understood why middle school students should walk everyday. P.S. Your body is also changing during the years of middle school so you should help it!
