Same love

The song Same Love by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis ft/ Mary Lambert is a very beautiful song. We don't realize it often but we say things and we do things that are hurtful. This song makes me realize how mean we can be. We say that being gay is a bad thing but it really isn't. Its your life and you should live it the way you want to. The emotions I feel when I listen to this song are a mix of good and bad. I think this song is sweet, true and sad. I think its true because when they say "Man, that's gay" gets dropped on daily" its literally what happens everyday. You are going to hear someone say that at least once when your at school or even in movies and TV shows. Just because something is different or weird we call it "gay" and it really hits you on the inside to think that this is what so many people say.
