Vanilla Oreo Cake- Bake Your Way to Success

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar (normal sugar)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butters chopped into cubes (1 inch)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 10 Oreos cut into 4 pieces

1. Whisk flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add in butter while mixing the ingredients in step 1.
3. Your mixture should look like sand.
4. Add in your eggs and continue mixing.
5. Slowly add milk an vanilla extract.
6. Mix in the Oreos.
7. Place in a cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F
8. Let the cake cool before taking it out of the pan.

When I made this cake it was at night. the next morning 2 kids came over to our house. they started getting hungry, so I told them they could eat Oreo cake if they wanted. One kid said yes and the other said no "I don't like cake." The kid who said yes ate 2 big pieces. Then after a while the kid who said no came and said he would try it because he was hungry. I gave him a piece and after that he ate 3 more...He really liked the cake. Before they left we gave them some cake to take home. The next morning we got a call from their mom saying " When I came home, I went to go change into my pajamas. when I came back down the kids finished all the cake. The next morning they told everyone at school that their cousin made cake and everyone wanted to try it." So let me just say kids will love this cake.
