Today I am going to show you how to make cake batter fudge. Resources will be listed below.
Ingredients:
2 cups and 2 tablespoons of cake mix (white or golden, I prefer Betty Crocker)
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick, cut up in 4 pieces)
2 cups of powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cups of white chocolate chips(optional)
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
1. Add cake mix and powdered sugar in bowl and whisk to remove clumps.
2. Add the butter and milk in the bowl. DO NOT STIR.
3. Put the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Take the bowl out and mix. Add the chocolate chips. (stir until melted, if you want chocolate clumps stir lightly)
5. Add sprinkles. make sure to stir gently so they don't melt.
6. Put into an 8 by 8 baking dish with tinfoil. Add extra sprinkles on top (press down gently).
7. Put into fridge until set. (2-3 hours, overnight is best)
8. Take tinfoil out of dish. remove tinfoil from fudge. Cut into small pieces
