In the new Zoom Workplace, users can now customize the appearance of their Zoom client while in a meeting. The ability to customize the toolbar, change the colors of the Zoom interface, and view multiple screens and speakers has now been added.
The appearance of the Zoom desktop app can be customized with new color schemes. These color schemes are bloom (blue), agave (green), rose (red), and classic (black). They can be selected through the app settings or during a meeting by selecting the 'View' menu.

The in-meeting experience has been updated with a more simplified toolbar. It will allow users to customize their toolbar by dragging and dropping icons to add, move, or remove meeting features specific to their needs.
Note: The in-meeting security tab will now be located under the Host Tools icon.
Click and drag any icon to move it to the left or right.
Click the More option.
Then click Reset to default to reset the toolbar back to its original state.
The multi-speaker view dynamically adapts to the meeting’s video layout to match current and recent speakers, highlighting and enlarging their video tiles over others while still providing the view of other participants in a smaller gallery view.

Zoom has made it easier to share content simultaneously while in a meeting. Participants can share their own screen or app window and Zoom Whiteboards at the same time. Participants see each shared content as individual tabs within the meeting window.
