Keyboard shortcuts

- Keyboard shortcuts allow a person to navigate Zoom meetings and features without using a mouse. This is especially important for students who have difficulty using a mouse.

How do I enable automatic captions/transcriptions in my Zoom meetings?

- The Instructor/Host will be responsible for initializing the caption feature by clicking the button Show Captions at the beginning of the scheduled seminar.
- Users will then see Show Captions on the screen during the meeting and can enable full, live transcript on the right side of the meeting screen.

Note:

This feature was previously known as Live Transcript.
The Automatic Caption feature does not work with breakout rooms or in the Zoom for Linux app.

To the right of the Record button will be the option for the host to Show or Hide Captions.
