MITSA  Mentorship

Mitsa Tutoring is a student-led organization dedicated to developing the scientific skills and knowledge of pre-secondary students and promoting STEM education, science high schools, and the pursuit of a STEM career through social media, open-access modules, workshops, mentoring, and tutoring. 

The Mentorship Program, one of Mitsa's main programs, is a six-week program for elementary school students who are interested in applying to science high schools. Throughout the program, mentees will be aided by their mentors in applying to science high schools and be encouraged to pursue science, with the help of workshops, information sessions, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. The primary and secondary stakeholders are the students and the parents, respectively.
