SaRPODAVest's Sustainability

The main benefit of the project is how it would benefit both the drivers and passengers who decide to patronize their services. As bonafide members of the assocation with proper identification, the risks of travelling on major highways are decreased and passengers would feel more secure as they ride their pedicabs. In addition to this, accidents and other incidents should be more easy to resolve as members of the association.

Firstly, the garments themselves were bought due to its cloth quality. The vest material is durable against stretching and absorbent, so it can also be used during rainy days. However, for long-term sustainability, the group assured that contact between the faculty of PSHS-MC and SARPODA is continouously open, and most of the resources for the project, such as the vests' buying place, as well as the file for the SARPODA logo are readily accessible. The problem here would lie on funding; thus the group hopes that organizations, both publicly and privately funded, would tap into the SARPODA community and help them build the project for the long term.
